While I would like to be all things to all people, I am not. But I do have a broad network of colleagues who I learn from and discuss topics in a stimulating environment.

From food technologists, food scientists, dieticians, pastry chefs, exercise physiologists, cardiac scientists, biotechnologists, environmental scientists to physiotherapists, massage therapists, farmers and dentists, this is where you’ll find out a bit more about my network of friendly geeks. If they’re on here, it’s because they’ve passed the Anneline test of non-biased views based on scientific-evidence and logic. They not only are well-versed in the theory of their area of expertise, they also live, breathe and do it.
